Make your voice heard!
The Ontario Government has begun public consultations on alcohol reform.
We believe that individual consumers should make their voice heard in these consultations – not unions, big corporations, or special interests. Consumers.
Private alcohol sales work across the Europe, the United States, Alberta, BC, and even Quebec.
As such, we believe that any private business should be allowed to get a license to sell any alcoholic beverages. We believe that it’s time consumers are treated like the adults they are.
The messages we’d like people to tell the government in their survey are simply:
- Allow private stores, like convenience stores and grocery stores, to sell all types of alcoholic beverages
- Reduce red tape for retail stores and producers
- End price-fixing
Ultimately though, it’s up to you. Make your voice heard, and fill out the government’s quick 12-question survey.
